Assistant, Customer Service

Responsibilities :
  • Registering customers.
  • Registering and solve complaints and good return(s).
  • Checking Segi Jimat Card.
  • Service customer(s) and provide product information.
  • Assisting Chief Cashier/Store Manager in cash collection at counter
  • Provide information on the advantages of Segi Jimat Card.
  • Carry out any other duties assigned by Customer Service Manager/Executive/Supervisor.






Requirement :
  • SPM & STPM or equivalent.
  • Credit Math & English.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Computer literate.
  • Team work & sale oriented.
